Chances are extremely high that no one has ever checked the health of your spine or told you that your spine requires regular maintenance just like your heart, lungs, teeth and car or else it will break down over time. Research shows that 80% of people have back pain, chances are you've had damage in your spine and surrounding tissue for years if not decades that could have been prevented or possibly corrected a long time ago with regular check ups. If you are the 20% that don't have back pain then you can still get benefits from chiropractic such as improved immune system, blood flow, lung capacity, digestion and man, many more benefits. Most people understand chiropractic once they talk to a chiropractor but that usually only happens once you already have pain. Most people understand the principle of maintenance on everything except your spine and nervous system.

1. Do you get regular maintenance on your car: change the oil, rotate the tires, change the filters or replace the brakes or do you wait until your car is making a really bad noise or if it stops working before you get it checked?

2. Do you brush your teeth daily to help prevent cavaties and root canals or do you wait until your teeth really hurt and then start brushing?

3. Do you workout in the gym to stay in shape or do you wait until your out of shape and then workout until your in shape and then stop working out until your out of shape to workout again?
